kids restaurants
Published 1 year, 9 months ago in My life.Does anyone know of good place to celebrate kids birthday. Looking for a place that has a good play area and has good food to cater for adults and fully licensed.

It’s not really a restaurant but the Children’s Garden in the Melbourne Botanic Gardens in the city has a fantastic play area and you can BYO catering and personal choice of drinks. Friend of mine has used this spot and hired a fairy/princess to come along and paint faces and organise traditional party-type games for the kids.
I guess a lot does depend on the age of the kids??
I seem to recall a pub on the cnr of (I think) Sydney Rd & Brunswick road that had kids play equipment. Don’t know what the food is like. Also the Taylors Lakes pub had a play area for young kids. Smorgasboard, it was good.
